Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields influence EEG of man

New techniques using low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (e.g., digital telecommunication) have raised the question of interference with the biological system of man. EEG data of man sampled under the influence of these electromagnetic fields are altered extremely in the range of alpha-activity as well as during after exposure for some hours. The biological effect is induced by field intensities lower than the given international limiting values.
